Emergency Services Receive Report of Child in Canal

On August 26, at 11:01 AM, the Crisis Management National Center received a report that a child was in a canal on Artsakh Avenue in Yerevan and that the assistance of rescuers was needed. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A firefighting crew from the Yerevan Fire and Rescue Division and a rescue group from the Special Operations Center of the Rescue Forces Administration were dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers successfully retrieved S.G. (born in 2015) from the canal.
