Condition of Soldier Burned by Gas Cylinder Explosion

The condition of a soldier who sustained burns from a gas cylinder explosion on August 25 is reported to be serious. This was announced by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Aram Torosyan.

Torosyan informed that the soldier is receiving treatment at the National Center for Burns. "A service investigation has been initiated to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident," he added.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Defense had reported that on August 25, a contract soldier of the RA Ministry of Defense’s military unit, Sergeant A. M., received burns due to the ignition of a household gas cylinder placed in the trunk of a vehicle.
