US Updates Sanctions List Against China
The United States has imposed sanctions on seven companies related to China due to threats to national security, according to a document released by the U.S. Department of Commerce on Tuesday.
"The Department of Commerce is amending export control regulations to add seven organizations to the sanctions list," the document states.
These organizations have been identified by the U.S. government as being contrary to the United States' national security or foreign policy interests and will be included in the sanctions list.
