Mayor: We Need to 'Stand on the Heads' of Contractors

During the discussion about the progress of the reconstruction work on the stone structure of the Hraparak Metro, it was reported that changes to the irrigation system need to be organized, and the work is underway.

“Mr. Begoyan, are you following the issues related to the irrigation system?” Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan asked. Begoyan responded affirmatively, expressing hope that the construction will be done properly.

Sargsyan reacted: “There’s no need for hope; we need to stand on the heads of the contractors to ensure they do it the way we need.”
