Putin Sends Condolences to Nikol Pashinyan
Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a condolence telegram to Nikol Pashinyan regarding the human casualties resulting from the explosion at the 'Surmalu' shopping center.
'I ask you to convey the most sincere words of sympathy and support to the families of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all those affected,' the Russian leader's condolence telegram states.
