Names of 19 Citizens Currently Considered Missing Released

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has released the names of two victims and the missing citizens from the explosion at the Surmalu shopping center.

As of 22:15, there have been 3 confirmed deaths, with the identities of two citizens identified as Anahit Mkhitaryan and Misak Margaryan. The list of missing persons has been compiled based on calls received from the public on the Emergency Services '911' hotline.
