Death Toll in Surmalu Rises to 3, Says Emergency Situations Ministry Spokesperson
The death toll from the explosion at the Surmalu shopping center has reached 3.
“Rescuers have retrieved the body of a woman from the rubble,” wrote Hayk Kostanyan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Earlier, in an interview with Auroranews.am, Kostanyan noted that it remains unknown how many hours it will take to extinguish the fire that erupted at Surmalu.
