We Can Make a Breakthrough: Advisor to Artsakh's State Minister Appeals to the People

Artsakh State Minister's advisor Arthur Hairapetyan addressed Armenian youth during a Facebook live session: "We all know well what is happening in Berdzor and Aghavno. I urge and encourage you not to limit ourselves to just calls and statuses. Let us stand by our homeland, be next to our compatriots in Aghavno and Berdzor... I am confident that by standing firm for our land and water, and by uniting, we can make a breakthrough. We will be defeated only if we give up mentally."

It should be noted that following the enemy's recent aggression, residents of the Aghavno and Berdzor communities have been warned to leave their homes by the 25th of this month.
