Turkish and Armenian Representatives Have Held Four Meetings and 500 Phone Conversations, Says Hurriyet

Turkish and Armenian representatives have held four meetings and 500 phone conversations within the framework of the normalization process. This was reported by Hurriyet.

It is worth noting that Armenia and Turkey have appointed special representatives to initiate dialogue aimed at normalizing bilateral relations.

The first meeting between Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Ruben Rubinyan and Turkish Ambassador Serdar Kilic took place on January 14, 2022, in Moscow.

The last, fourth meeting between Rubinyan and Kilic was held on July 1 in Vienna.

On August 11, the spokesperson for Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vahan Hunanyan, stated that there are currently no agreements regarding the next meeting of the special representatives.
