Today, the leader of the Artsakh Diocese, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, visited the Central Hospital of Stepanakert alongside the military chaplain, Father Vardan Nersisyan, and the spiritual leader for the healthcare sector, Father Andreas Tavadyan.
