Defense Ministry Spokesperson on Current Situation at Armenian Borders

Auroranews.am contacted the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Aram Torosyan, to understand the current situation at the Armenian borders.

Torosyan stated in our conversation that there is currently no tension along the Armenian borders.

It should be noted that some media outlets are reporting tensions at the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Furthermore, it has been reported that since this morning, the situation has escalated in the northwestern section of the line of contact in Artsakh, where Azerbaijani units are using combat drones and mortars.

According to a statement from the Defense Army, as of 3:00 PM, the Armenian side has suffered 1 casualty and 8 injuries.
