Video: People Unable to Escape Burning Building – Details on Major Fire in Moscow
New details have emerged about the major fire that occurred in Moscow last night. Eight people have died, all of whom were migrants. Individuals were unable to escape the burning building due to the bars on the windows.
The suspicious cause of the fire is believed to be electrical malfunction.
It has been revealed that the dormitory grossly violated fire safety regulations. A criminal case has been initiated.
