Dispute in Car Leads to Vehicle Roll Over and Gas Pipeline Collision

On July 24, at 00:15, the police received a report from a hospital regarding a 36-year-old woman who sought medical assistance for injuries to her head and chest. She claimed that her injuries were the result of falling down the stairs at home. However, officers from the Tumanyan police department, through their investigation, uncovered that the woman had sustained her injuries under different circumstances.

According to police reports, it was revealed that on July 23, around 22:00, a group of residents in the village of Akhori were having a feast in the administrative area of the village. Afterward, while returning home in a "VAZ-2106" vehicle, a dispute broke out between passengers in the car who were under the influence. They exchanged insults and offensive remarks. The driver of the "VAZ-2106," reacting angrily, began to drive faster, causing the vehicle to spin out of control and collide with a gas pipeline, during which the 36-year-old passenger suffered bodily injuries.

Further investigations revealed that the driver of the "VAZ-2106" was not only driving under clear intoxication but also lacked a valid driver's license. It was also discovered that after the incident, on the evening of July 25, the instigators of the argument went to the home of the 36-year-old woman and started an unreasonable argument with her, using obscene expressions.

As a result of the measures taken, the 36-year-old woman reported to the Tumanyan police department on July 27, where she lodged a complaint about the incident. Efforts are underway to identify the other participants in the incident and locate the "VAZ-2106." The documents related to the case have been sent to the investigative body.
