Short-Term Rain and Thunderstorms Expected: Weather Forecast

The fire hazard situation in the valley and pre-mountainous regions of the Republic will remain at a high level. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas of the Republic on July 27, and on July 30-31, as well as after noon on August 1.

No precipitation is expected on July 28-29. The wind will blow from the southwest at 2-5 m/s. In Armavir, as well as in the pre-mountain regions of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, wind intensity is expected to increase in the evening hours to 15-20 m/s.

The air temperature will gradually rise by 1-2 degrees from July 27-29. In Yerevan, dry weather is forecasted for the afternoons of July 27, and from July 28-31, as well as on August 1. In the evening hours, wind intensity is also expected to increase to 15-20 m/s.
