VIDEO: Struggling to Suppress Laughter, Lavrov's African Negotiation Becomes an Internet Meme

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is currently on an African tour where he is engaged in negotiations centered around cooperation.

A video has emerged online showing one of the African negotiations featuring Lavrov that, to put it mildly, was quite jovial. It is evident that Lavrov is struggling to suppress his laughter.

"The negotiations were very interesting and productive," concluded the Russian Foreign Minister.
