Armenia Has No Territorial Demands on Its Neighbors, Says Parliamentary Speaker
Armenia is advocating for an agenda aimed at opening a new era of peace in the region and is working towards both unblocking regional infrastructure and transportation routes and establishing border delineation and security. This was stated by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, during a meeting today with a delegation led by Katrin Göring-Eckardt, Vice President of the German Bundestag.
According to the press service of the National Assembly, Simonyan emphasized that Armenia has no territorial demands towards its neighbors. Göring-Eckardt noted that they are closely monitoring the events occurring in the region and expressed the belief that the effective way to resolve conflicts is through peaceful negotiations.
