VIDEO: A 5000 Dram Note Attempted to Be Placed in a Policeman's Pocket

On July 18, patrol officers from the first battalion of the Lori detachment stopped a "Kia Sorento" vehicle at the intersection of Demirchyan and Shirakatsy Streets in Vanadzor for violating traffic rules.

While preparing a report for the administrative violation, a 35-year-old passenger attempted to place a 5000 dram note in the policeman's pocket to avoid the citation. He was arrested and subsequently transferred to the Tarun police department.
