European Officials Decide to Punish Armenian Authorities: 'Hraparak'

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports, 'During the session of the PACE from June 19-25, the Armenian delegation made three proposals behind the scenes to their European counterparts concerning pro-Armenian actions and statements, particularly regarding the return of prisoners of war. At the very least, they aim to push Armenia to make a definitive decision about its orientation and to sever ties with Russia completely. We were unable to obtain comments from any members of the delegation that went to PACE.'
