Relatives of Fallen Soldiers Protest in Front of the Prosecutor's Office
Today, July 6, relatives of soldiers who died in the 44-day war are holding a protest in front of the Prosecutor's Office. Their demand is for the Prosecutor's Office to transfer the case opened against the Investigative Committee under Article 308, part two (abuse of official powers causing serious consequences), to the National Security Service.
It is worth reminding that the relatives of the fallen soldiers met with the Chief Prosecutor Artur Davtyan on June 30 to present their demands. They also demand that the case be investigated under the state treason Article 299, that Nikol Pashinyan be summoned for questioning, and that he be included in the case as a defendant.
