Export of Grain from Artsakh Territory Banned

According to Article 11, Part 1, Clause 4 of the law on the legal regime of martial law, the Government of the Republic of Artsakh has issued Decision N 755-N, prohibiting the export of wheat and barley, including wheat and barley seeds, from the territory of the Republic of Artsakh as of July 1 of this year.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh has reported this matter. The oversight of the implementation of this decision has been entrusted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh and the State Revenue Committee of Artsakh.
