Russian Defense Ministry Reports Deliberate Strike on Belgorod by Kiev

Kiev has deliberately struck the residential areas of Belgorod and Kursk with ballistic missiles and drones, where there are no military facilities. This was stated to reporters by the official representative of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.

According to him, the strikes were carried out between 03:00 and 03:30 Moscow time using 'Tochka-U' missiles armed with cluster munitions and 'Tu-143 Reis' drones.

'I want to emphasize that this missile attack was targeted and aimed at the peaceful population of Russian cities,' Konashenkov said.
