Earthquake Near Georgian-Russian Border
Today, on July 2, at 12:24 PM, a 4.0 magnitude (ML) earthquake occurred 1 km away from the Georgian state border, on the Russian side, reports Alik Media. Georgia is a country of moderate seismic activity. Recently, periodic earthquakes have been happening in the Dmanisi region, as well as in the area adjacent to the village of Sameba in the Ninotsminda region.
