VIDEO: Kilometer-Long Line of Trucks at Bagratashen Border Checkpoint

The Bagratashen border checkpoint on the Armenia-Georgia border has witnessed a kilometer-long line of trucks. This was reported by News.am.

Recall that on June 27, heavy rains caused the Terek River to overflow, flooding the road leading to the Larsi checkpoint and damaging it, making the road impassable. The checkpoint had also been closed.

According to information from the Emergency Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepanetsminda-Larsi highway is currently open to all types of vehicles.
