VIDEO: I Was at Home, Yet I Was Dragged into All This – Member of Civil Contract on the Bloody Incident in Aparan

The member of the National Assembly from the Civil Contract faction, Matevos Asatryan, whose brother is linked to the incident in Aparan, does not wish to comment on these rumors, advising to wait for the completion of investigative actions.

"I express my condolences to the families of the deceased. As for the incidents in Aparan, I do not want to talk about it; I have made a post. For now, I will refrain from discussing the incidents and leave that to the investigative actions. I can tell you that I am deeply invested in the clarification of all this, because it is very painful for me as well. I was at home, yet they dragged me into all this, trying to give it a political connotation. I am sure that my brother will be summoned and questioned as well. Yes, my brother was there; it was a gas station, and anyone can be at a gas station," he said.
