Video: Flooded Roads and Landslides - New Footage from Lars

An emergency situation has arisen in Upper Lars. Due to heavy rain and landslides, the road has become impassable.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that, based on information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetian Crisis Management Center, the StepanTsminDa-Lars highway is closed to all types of vehicles due to the risk of landslides.
