Video: Aragatsotn Deputy Governor Edgar Parvanyan Urges 'Everyone to Stay in Their Places'

Aragatsotn Deputy Governor Edgar Parvanyan, whose relatives are accused of involvement in the murders that took place in Aparan on June 19, responded to a journalist's question regarding the demands of the victims' families for his relatives to leave the city by urging, 'Everyone to stay in their places.'

'No one has the right to restrict someone from living somewhere. I am confident that the investigative bodies are conducting their work objectively, and all circumstances related to the case will be clarified,' he said.

As previously reported, a protest was held today in Aparan by relatives of the victims and those affected by the gunfire that occurred days ago. The participants accused Aragatsotn Deputy Governor Edgar Parvanyan and his relatives of organizing the incident, stating that his relatives have no right to live in Aparan.
