A report from the Russian TV channel 'Russia 1' praising Azerbaijanis and advancing their claims about the Armenian city of Shushi and the occupied territories of Artsakh has sparked outrage within the Armenian community, according to the Infoteka24 Telegram channel.

During the 'Vesti Nedeli' program on 'Russia 1', false propaganda claims from Azerbaijan were made regarding the alleged destruction of the city by Armenians. The report has, of course, provoked strong indignation in Armenia. Media outlets and representatives of the public have appealed to the Russian authorities and the management of the TV channel, requesting an investigation into the situation that harms Armenian-Russian relations.
