Ukraine Themselves Ruined Relations with Russia: Putin

The Ukrainian authorities are to blame for how relations with Russia have developed, as well as for the loss of Crimea. This was reported by Kp.ru.

Such a statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

“If we had good, partner relations, no one would have thought… there would be no question regarding Crimea. Nevertheless, they did this with their own hands,” said the head of state.
