On June 16, a tragic incident occurred in the Tavush province. At approximately 20:50, local resident Karen Abovyan alerted the Novyemberyan police, reporting a body hanging in the football field of the Ptghavan community.

According to shamshyan.com, police and investigators discovered the body of 57-year-old Marina V., hanging from the metal rods of a partially constructed pump station located adjacent to the football field. It was reported that the individual who called the police, K. Abovyan, is the administrative head of the Ptghavan community, and the deceased was an employee of the Bagratashen customs office.
