Lavrov and Bayramov Have Had a Phone Conversation

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, as reported by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the issue of normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan.

It was noted that Lavrov and Bayramov also discussed the provisions of the Moscow declaration signed on February 22, which aims to facilitate cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
