The US Will Continue to Arm Ukraine

The White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin plans to call on US allies to continue military support for Kyiv during a meeting of the contact group on Ukraine set to take place in Europe this week. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

“He will meet with leaders of defense departments and chiefs of staff from several dozen countries, asking them, among other things, to continue supplying military equipment to Ukraine,” she said during a briefing.

Earlier, Denis Pushilin, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic, announced that the weapons supplied to Kyiv by Western countries are being used against the peaceful population of Donbas.
