The Smallest Baby Born at 500 Grams Discharged from the Maternity Ward

The newborn intensive care unit of "Erebouni" Medical Center has hosted babies born in recent years, whose births and lives were significant miracles at the time. Born with extremely low weight, these newborns require serious professional care. Doctors have fought for months for each of their lives. The parents brought them to the maternity ward of "Erebouni" Medical Center from various parts of the country.

The idea of organizing such an event belongs to Professor Pavel Mazmanyan, head of the neonatal department at "Erebouni" Medical Center. While parents and doctors reminisce about the challenges they have overcome, the smallest baby born at "Erebouni" Medical Center is being discharged. Mariam was born prematurely in February, weighing only 500 grams. Doctors fought for her life and health for 4 months. Now, Mariam weighs over 2 kilograms and is completely healthy, thanks to the tireless efforts of every doctor present here.
