No Dead Moles Found in Dilijan National Park Area: Ministry of Environment
Weeks ago, information circulated on social media claiming a large number of moles had died throughout the Dilijan National Park area. The Armenian Ministry of Environment reports that in response to these alerts, specialists from Dilijan National Park conducted studies and observations in the park for several days, and no cases of mole deaths were recorded.
The representatives of the national park also stated that their requests for evidence, such as photographs or specific coordinates, from those making the claims went unanswered. Considering the aforementioned, the Ministry of Environment urges the public to refrain from spreading apparent misinformation and intentionally manipulating the community.
Employees and specialists of Dilijan National Park diligently exercise their responsibilities for the protection and conservation of this specially protected natural area, and every issue within the park is a matter of concern.
