At Least 50 People Killed in Burkina Faso Terror Attack

At least 50 people have been killed in an attack in northern Burkina Faso, according to AIB, citing government spokesperson Lionel Bilgo. This was reported by РИА Новости.

“Burkina Faso's government spokesperson Lionel Bilgo announced preliminary figures on Monday, stating that 50 people were killed by terrorists in the village of Seytenga during the night between Saturday and Sunday,” the agency reports.

It is noted that last week it was reported that at least 10 gendarmes were killed as a result of a militant attack in the Seytenga department in northern Burkina Faso.
