He also published a video showing a large cloud of smoke. “Video from the site of the explosions in Berdiansk. Details later,” Rogov wrote on Telegram.

Later, the city hall's Telegram channel reported that a short circuit had occurred at one of the substations in Berdiansk. It was noted that the fire caused power outages for some residents.
