Video: Polish Drivers Begin Protests Over High Fuel Prices
Polish motorists have staged a protest near Orlen, the largest oil refinery in the country. Participants in the action are intentionally creating long queues at gas stations by purchasing small amounts of fuel, thereby maximizing their wait times. This tactic is aimed at disrupting the normal operations of the stations while demanding that fuel companies lower their prices.
The country’s authorities consider this protest unfounded, arguing that fuel prices are market-driven and influenced by current circumstances.
