No Violations Recorded in Peacekeepers' Responsibility Zone in Artsakh: Russian Defense Ministry
The Russian peacekeeping force continues to fulfill its tasks in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated in a report from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The Russian peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock monitoring in 27 observation posts and overseeing compliance with the ceasefire regime.
It has been noted that no violations have been recorded within the responsibility zone of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
"Patrols have been conducted along five routes in the Martakert, Martuni, and Shushi regions. The engineer-sapper teams of the Russian peacekeeping contingent continue to clear mines from objects and terrain, with one hectare of land being cleared daily.
Continuous cooperation with the general staffs of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Armenia is maintained to ensure the safety of Russian peacekeepers and prevent possible incidents," the report states.
