VIDEO. Papikyan's Statement on the Chief of General Staff Position
Today, a regular session of the Government took place, presided over by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan announced that the position of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces will henceforth be referred to as the First Deputy Minister of Defense.
