Natalya Rotenberg's $11 Million Apartment of Tigran Arzakantsyan Seized in Britain
Natalya Rotenberg, the wife of political figure Tigran Arzakantsyan, has had her apartment in Westminster, UK, valued at £8.73 million (approximately $11 million), seized after she failed to make mortgage payments. This information has been reported by the Daily Mail.
A judge ordered the luxury apartment, which offers views of Buckingham Palace and the Royal Gardens, to be confiscated after learning that the 40-year-old Rotenberg had "not paid anything at all" on the loan provided for purchasing the property.
The British publication details that Rotenberg bought the apartment in her name, taking out a £1.3 million mortgage. However, as she did not make the required payments, the amount of debt has now risen to £1.6 million.
