Companies Selling Eggs Under the 'ECO' Label at High Prices Facing Legal Proceedings

The Competition Protection Commission has initiated legal proceedings against "Arznu Family LLC", "Project Inter-Invest LLC", and "Araks Poultry Factory CJSC" for selling eggs labeled with "ECO" or similar terms without the necessary certification for organic agricultural products, as per decisions dated June 7, 2022.

It is noteworthy that for similar violations, the Commission had previously enacted penalties on April 5, 2022, against "Arznu Family LLC" and "Araks Poultry Factory CJSC", and on April 19, 2022, against "Project Inter-Invest LLC", ordering them to rectify the breaches.
