Tomorrow is the Last Day for Submitting Applications: The Deputy Minister of Education on Voluntary Certification
Tomorrow is the last day for submitting applications for voluntary certification. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Zhanna Andreasyan, on her Facebook page.
She specifically noted:
“I remind you that you can submit an application for one subject. The subjects 'Arithmetic' and 'Geometry' are combined into one test; it does not matter which subject you indicate in the electronic register. The same applies to 'Armenian History' and 'World History'.”
As stipulated by the regulations, the Examination Committee will publish a methodological guide at least 20 working days before each certification, which will include the structure of the tests, the material to be covered in the tasks, the procedure for filling out the forms, and examples of tasks.
The certification for the subjects 'Initial Military Training', 'Physical Education', 'Music', 'Visual Arts', and 'Technology' will be conducted in writing by professional committees at pedagogical universities offering education in these fields. All subjects’ certifications will take place in September. The tasks will strictly adhere to the curriculum of the respective subject. Special attention will be given to the correlation between the volume of the tasks and the time allocated for them.
