Charges Filed Against Artsakh's Minister of Territorial Administration Hayk Khanumyan

The Artsakh Prosecutor's Office has responded to a request from 'Factinfo', stating that Hayk Khanumyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh, has been charged under part 2 of Article 334 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Artsakh for official negligence, causing serious consequences due to carelessness.

It is noteworthy that he has had the status of a suspect since April 13, 2022, yet Khanumyan continues to hold office to this day.
