President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is the chief commander of Russian journalist Maxim Shevchenko. This statement was made by Biyusultan Sultanbievich Khamazaev, a deputy from the "United Russia" party (more commonly known as Sultan Khamazaev).

“Shevchenko serves the Turkish-Azerbaijani lobby. Who is the most wonderful commander for Maxim? Of course, Ilham Aliyev. Pure manguirts, people who despise their own kind, essentially traitors... I understand that for people like you, Turkey is the most beautiful place. Do you know what the Turks did to your kind? They took the inner ones, the Janissaries, stealing them from their families and turning them into slaves—manguirts,” the MP stated.
