16-Year-Old Boy Snatches Chain from Another Youth's Neck

On June 3, a 16-year-old boy reported to the Dilijan police that an unknown individual had pulled and stolen part of his necklace on Getapnya Street and fled the scene.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Republic of Armenia Police, Dilijan's criminal investigators have identified the perpetrator as another 16-year-old youth from Dilijan. Through educational discussions, the suspect presented himself at the police station and confessed to committing the theft. The stolen item has been seized, and an investigation is underway.
