Police Detain Henrik Danielyan Near Republican Stadium

Police have detained Henrik Danielyan, the chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), near the Republican Stadium. The information was reported on Facebook by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the Parliament from the 'Honorary' faction.

“The pretext for detentions, incarcerations, or outright kidnappings of political opponents only speaks to the fears of the authorities and the unacceptable tools used against those with opposing views,” Abrahamyan wrote.
