The extraordinary session of the National Assembly called by the opposition factions did not take place because the "Civil Contract" faction did not participate in the session. The agenda of the session included a single item: a draft declaration on "Armenian-Azerbaijani and Armenian-Turkish relations."

The "I Have Honor" and "Armenia" factions arrived at the parliament, and 33 members were registered, but there was no quorum.

National Assembly President Alen Simonyan stated that according to the 4th part of Article 51 of the Constitutional Law on the "Regulations of the National Assembly," registration continues until the necessary number of deputies is registered but not for more than 4 hours.
