Large Fire at Plastic Factory in Naberezhnye Chelny

A large fire has broken out at a plastic factory in Naberezhnye Chelny. The blaze has spread to a warehouse on Avtoremontnaya Street.

The area affected by the fire is approximately 1,000 square meters. Ninety personnel and 32 pieces of equipment, including fire trains, are participating in controlling the fire. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that rubber products and plastic waste are burning.

The fire has been classified as a high complexity incident.
