“Be Worthy of the Title of Citizen of the Republic of Armenia”: Dumanian’s Congratulatory Message to School Graduates

Vahram Dumanian, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, addressed a congratulatory message to graduates of public schools.

Arm yourselves with patience, diligence, and faith in your abilities so that you can meet the hopes of your parents and teachers and be worthy of the title of citizen of the Republic of Armenia. You are our future.
