Rescuers Free Tortoise from Trap

On June 2, at 09:42, the regional crisis management center of Aragatsotn received a call reporting that a tortoise had become trapped in an irrigation pipeline in the area known as 'Parpi Canyon.' Rescuers were needed to help free it.

A combat unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers successfully freed the tortoise from the trap and relocated it to a safe area.
