Peskov on Russia-U.S. Communications
Kremlin and White House interactions have practically ceased, stated Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for the President of Russia, according to RIA Novosti.
“It can be said that there are none, there is currently none. All communications are virtually absent,” Peskov said in response to a relevant question.
The day before, Grigory Mashkov, a special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, also announced that the possibilities of reaching compromises with the U.S. in all multilateral structures had been minimized since February 24 due to the positions of Washington and its allies. It is noteworthy that military operations by Russia in Ukraine began on February 24.
